Anyways the movie was not that interesting, in that sense you are right. The 1 point that mattered commenting on that you bypassed over languagebarriers and going into grammar nazi mode plus defending wars you enter out of selfinterest and not the greater good as you proclaim it to be.

Otherwise how would 800000 Africans be dead in 1 of the biggest genocides. No oil, American Millitary base possibillities or other interest maybe? Mull it over. I'm sure it will fall into place after you are done jerking off over your stars and stripes when you realize the only nation ever to use WMD's on civilians is the USA government…

Think about the ethics of that particular move and that some ppl might find that a tad hypocritical. "We found Saddam!" Big deal you let 1000's of Kurds/resistance soldiers die cuz u left them out to dry back in the early 90's during your first Gulfwar…

At least Obama can string a sentence together and and makes an effort to work with the rest of the world. But half your country is hung up over his birthcertifacate, the fact he is black and your still recent (1963-1963) choice to have Afro-Americans be able to sit in front of the bus, drink out of the same waterfountain and be EQUAL to you!

You watch Fox like I watch Comedy Central but think it’s ACTUAL NEWS which it’s not. It’s a quest for ratings. And your so called “liberal media” are closer to reporting the truth than Fox will ever be! And then you bitch when ppl take offense to loudmouth guntoating Americans who speak “Amurrican” and ask them to tone it down a notch. “The World hates us” No the World hates fucking idiots and it just sucks for you, you seem to have a higher percentile of them!

If you want the love stop being so damn ignorent and cocky all the time. Open up to other ppl that might have other views. Like Chris Rock says Look at all the arguments. Let it swirl around your head for a bit and then form your opinion. You care more about being a good Republican or Democrat than about being a good person. You care more about your god blessing America than the rest of the World who has it on average pispoor compaired to YOU!

@mastermill79 Well said, but it's too easy to concentrate on the negatives. The US has great potential, but I agree and fear that those ignorant will overpower those of us with more than self interest in mind, imagine how you would feel if you were in America (like me) reading these comments about how shitty the US can be, knowing it's right because you know some of those very people who support the cause of the rich which they don't even understand… it's a real bummer 🙁

@Capnvowles Sorry I was in kind of a shitty mood after a little clash with my American friends. Difference in cultures I guess. In this post I basically do the same what I accuse Americans of doing. I did that on purpose to give that feeling back so Americans know how that is. Intolerance of other cultures works both ways. It's just not the right way. It's because the USA has soo much potential making the world a better place that ignorent fucks sending us right back to pre-1963 bums me out.

@Capnvowles Also Obama might not have all the answers but the tone of voice towards the rest of the world is one of willingness to work together instead of the good ol' yankee doodle, gunslinging fuck the world mentallity. I have met great Americans and I have met assholes. Arrogance however is a bad trait in any people. It seems to me that Americans are arrogant at times. And by me stating that, I loathe myself for seeing it like that but I encounter it a lot.

@Capnvowles "Beaner" comments fly around amongst my American friends as if Mexicans are lesser people. Nazi's thought of Jews as lesser people and we all saw what that ended up in… Same deal with "Towelheads". Just because Osama was a fuckhead doesnt make every Muslim in the world an extremist who would only visit the USA if he can ride the airplane himself and aim for skyscrapers :/ The list goes on and on.

@Capnvowles The day I have to explain to a American Jewish kid that it's wrong to be that judgemental towards other cultures by making concentrationcamp jokes is the day I am at my wits end. I'll close in quoting an 800+ yr old Jedi:
"Fear Leads to Anger, Anger Leads to Hate, Hate Leads to Suffering"

And suffered the world has the last 10-20 years. Your country has and your close to bankruptcy which in some part can be traced back to the wars you have fought and died in.

@Capnvowles But like you said. We can not focus on all the negatives. The great recession is something you and the world overcame. WWI, WWII are things you and the world overcame. Lets hope we all overcome these wars and bad economic times. Lets hope it doesnt cost too much peoples sanity. As easy as it is to sit here judging America I don't even have it that bad. I am a liberal western European, but what about the Iraqy civillian who lost all of his family due to oopsmybadibombedurhouse moment?

@Capnvowles Anyways all the best. At least you are aware of the problems your country has. Psst my country has its failmoments too. "Saddam murdered 1000's of Kurdish civillians with Mustardgas! What an outrage!
… what Peter? We supplied the basematerials for them to make the mustardgass at a discountprice? We are indirectly responsible for killing thousands of people because 1 of our countrymen wanted to make a buck?" Failoutrage is fail -.- K done rambling cuz I lost my train o thought, bye

The only wars that will start is by cyber attacks on critical targets by governments but the rest is bullshit.

I'm listening to this at twice the speed. Since I don't read French, deciphering the text in the presentation is a bit of challenge but I get the gist of the presentation. 😉

This video was 2011. Guess what. I saw an article saying similar last month how cyber attacks threaten real-world peace.

Like in the other videos, and from what I got to know about CIA/FBI regarding how cyber attacks have evolved since 2004, it went from people who just want to make things better or prove something to underground organizations intent on monetizing on cyber attacks.

We've got a lovely community of people protecting people. 😉
