I have a 6 step construction technique to eliminate all of the problems with nuclear facilities:

    1) Bury the reactors at least a thousand feet/100 stories underground.
    2) Have only one single access road leading to a single underground building controlling the reactors and access to a single bank of elevators that are easily defended. Attack vectors are minimized that way. If the worst happens, get a bulldozer to seal the entrance and walk away, since its already buried.
    3) Have lots of water stored in underground chambers above the reactors.
    4) Use zip fuel retractor mechanisms to let the fuel slide down to sub-critical quantities to quench nuclear reactions.
    5) Bury the waste underground right where you use it so you never have to bring any of it back above ground.
    6) Look at solar first and avoid all those problems in the first place.

Learning a lesson that killed all like on tvis planet
If every one of these reactors is not decommissioned before we all die then who cleana up this mess. The american population protested nuclear so GE goes begimd our back sells them to other countries. Who do rational people put 6 reactors right next to each other. This man needs to be at fukushima work till he dies or hang him he acts like this is fixable.
